12/5/15

I feel philosophical this morning and need to write my thoughts. Besides I haven’t put anything on my web page for while and I don’t want anyone to think I stopped writing. I have been thinking of new ideas and how they spread in the world. I have imagined that a new idea is like a small, sharp hill of time with the new idea at the top but the sides of the hill also play a part. In other words the new idea flows backwards in time down the hill as well as forwards in time. This means that our minds are always influencing the before as well as the after. I suppose the size of the creative idea would determine how much backflow there will be so some ideas only flow for a short distance in both directions. The universe is mind (God’s) and we small minds are allowed to participate within it. Only now do I realized how we are invited to be the universe’s creators too. A new idea can spread into a valley of related ideas and if enough people find its truth promising, the idea can grow into a mountain that inserts itself into our everyday reality. In other words, Schrodinger's cat is not only is alive or dead but has been alive or been dead for a while when the observer observes. This realization is probably too common to mention but it has been rolling around in my head and sometimes I just need to get things out.

12/5/15

Jesus asked me to pray for America the day before the terrorist attack in California. I did pray. I spread God light around as best I could. You might think the prayer didn’t work, but who can say? How do we know what the meditation and prayer prevented? So like Jesus, I spread the word that more and more people should pray for this nation. If you can, look to the mountain topped by God light. It is meant to be a beacon to lead us forward. If you learn to go to that mountain, you will fill with God power, then you can walk down that mountain and spread God energy throughout the people. Maybe a person will think twice before making a drastic mistake if we surround them with God’s energy. We may help a young person turn away from the persuasion of this horrible enemy who pulls them in by way of fanaticism and cults.

We did as Jesus requested this morning. We first met in the deciduous woods near the well. I rubbed my fingers up against the rough stone that backs the well and felt the cold water flow over my hand. Then I felt orientated in space and ready to follow the others as we made a line walking up the mountain behind Jesus. Jesus is very tall and we can see him while we walk. At the top we were greeted by many who intend to join us in our walk around the earth today. Some are angels from today and other times. We also called on children from our respective lands to join us in the walk. The children delight in the light. First we made a circle and gathered in as much God energy as we could hold into our bodies, actually an infinite amount but this is hard for us to realize. Then we turned and sent the energy down the mountain in concentric rings of light before walking following the light down ourselves.

We lined up along the Atlantic Coast of the Americas and began sending out energy from our centers. I showed the children near me how to turn the energy on with an imaginary button (They liked this and thought it was cool) Each child was in high spirits when the light turned on like a flash light and flowed out from their center as we walked. I also told them not to worry if they loose focus and go back home. “Just come back if you can to rejoin in the march”

As I marched across North America, sending out this energy that is food for souls, others were marching across Canada and still others were marching across South America. We concentrated the energy in the most populous cities but also paid attention to the suburbs that surrounded the cities. I would often focus on a single person. I felt pulled to South America for a moment and covered a small family that was living on the street in Rio De Janeiro with light before coming back to walk across the midland of America. I focused the light energy on a single person walking in Ohio and watched as that energy circled the person in rings of light and moved outward. Then on to a person praying, then to a person driving a car, etc. These circles of God energy repeated with everyone we and the others touched with the light. The children seemed to concentrate on people they knew and loved. As Jesus says, “We all need prayer.”

As we walked, more and more people joined in the march. Some people who were meditating lifted them minds to join the march around the world. All of us recognize the need to spread this food for souls, even children. I watched as a very young girl with curly blond hair joined our march. Her willingness made me smile. The innocent minds of young people are more open to new ideas and love. Even teenagers joined in as we marched, which somewhat surprised me, but shouldn’t have. I should remember the teenager in the refugee camp who Jesus called to join in helping others.

I continued my giant walk along with the others through the Mid Atlantic and then across the Western States until we reached California. There we stepped into the Pacific Ocean and a large whale joined us with a few dolphins as we crossed the large ocean and went all the way to Japan. I slowed down often to focus on a person in every nation I walked through. I hugged a woman at work in a small garden in China and another in the Ukraine, We walked on to Paris and the United Kingdom. When we reached the Atlantic, another whale joined our march and stayed with us until we stepped away from the sea.

Finally, after we had circumvented the globe, we gathered on the mountain once more to join hands and send the love energy around the whole of globe until earth became a thick sea of waves of love, layer upon layer, like blanket inversions consisting of gentle smiles and warm blessings.

By the time I finished writing of our march this morning, I actually felt worn out as if the effort had been physical. Certainly I was pleased at all the children who joined us. It will be their world one day and they know it. Let us make sure it is a good one for them to inherit.

I also have a few relatives who are in need of prayer right now, so I sent light into them in the hopes they might get better. I am fortunate that I can see the light surround the person while I meditate. This gives me a sense of accomplishment. I recommend it for everyone who prays to visualize God’s light.

Jesus is forever teaching

12/8/15

It was so beautiful at mass tonight. We celebrated the Immaculate Conception. Our Blessed Mother, Mary, wearing a white robe, came to me and handed me a deep, red American Beauty Rose. Then the angels spread red roses throughout the room giving rose to everyone who had attended mass this evening. A short time later, Jesus came to me as a spirit and stood in the front of the room. I was so glad to see him. I felt honored as if he approved of me for some reason. Perhaps for all the ideas that had been rolling through my mind just minutes before. Things I believe about heaven and those who are called to help Jesus on earth, ideas that might be too out of this world unbelievable for many. Regardless, it doesn’t matter. What matters is that we keep following Jesus and keep the faith.

It wasn’t until I got home and began to write this that I remembered that tomorrow is my birthday and Jesus always gives me a special gift on my birthday. I have gradually come to realize that I must have been born with the specific gift of seeing heavenly beings. I remember when I went to the first Legion of Mary meeting at Assumption Grotto Church a few years ago. I sat with the others around the table as we said the rosary and watched Our Blessed Mother stand in that room for a long time while we prayed and then talked. I felt amazement that the others in the room, about eight of us, didn’t see Mary too. Now I realize that I was under stress and this may have brought on my vision. The Legion of Mary members were very devoted to Mary and if anyone should have been able to see her, it was them, but only I did. This is what kept me going back to the meetings for a long time even though the Legion is too organized for my taste.

  12/11/15

If someone had told me 20 years ago this would happen, I wouldn’t have believed them. It is mind-boggling that there are mothers in this city who have used up their four years of DHS cash assistance and were cut out of getting aid for that reason. Now they can’t find a job anywhere. When our overpaid, congressional representatives decided to put a 4 year limit on welfare, the economy was booming. Now the economy has tanked, and stays that way for those close to the bottom, so the battle has been downhill all the way. Now all a mother can get is food stamps and perhaps rental assistance through section 8, which I am told takes years to get into. This in America.

An America where many hearts have grown cold, cold enough to fear immigrants, cold enough to debase welfare mothers, and cold enough to mock or mistrust people of different faiths. Jesus told us two thousand years ago that many hearts will grow cold. As usual, his words ring true. Thankfully, the Christmas season is upon us, a season that warms the heart, opens wallets and gives each of us pause to search within ourselves and be thankful for all that we have while we share with others. Christmas truly is a season of giving and joy.

Both pictures are about giving

12/15/15

A few days ago, I watched a really good talk show on YouTube that was by a Catholic Priest. It was so good it is still on my mind. It is called, “Becoming Stillness-Richard Rohr” It was all interesting, but it was towards the end that he said something that was so touching I will never forget it. He talked about the name of God. If anyone is interested, they would need to listen to it for themselves to understand its great meaning. I know I will listen to other talks by Father Rohr. I was greatly surprised and pleased to hear a priest speak of contemplation and prayerful thinking.

I believe that us Catholics need messages like his because, like Thomas Merton,  he brings a touch of eastern philosophy to us in the west. Plus, he does it in a way that is uniquely Catholic. He talks about Catholic history and always uses biblical scripture to help explain his message. For many Catholics, his examples from the bible gives a flavor of truth to what he is saying. Interestingly, less than a week later, on December 20th, Father Thomas mentioned Father Rohr during his sermon. This makes me think that many priests are listening to him and hopefully his message will become so widespread it will branch out amid parishioners.

I enjoyed listening to a few of his talks and admire anyone who can talk like he does because I would be unable to do so. What I have to say is always written. This doesn’t bother me because my writing was never meant to be inspirational in the sense of preaching. Yet, I sometimes wonder what the purpose is for my writing. I think it is to push the boundary of spiritual knowledge forward and perhaps show that science and religion are not on opposite sides of the fence. Scientific knowledge must be valid because its laws exist under God’s roof. What may not be so valid about science is our attitude towards it. If we become short sighted and take to the narrow road, we will fall asunder. With the vast and unbelievably talented minds God gave us, we should never dare to put limits on learning.

Filled with God Energy

A self portrait, but I just now noticed that she is not smiling. Oh, well. Most figures in art don’t smile.

  12/19/15

We met in the forest by the well. There was a scattering of snow on the ground. I told Jesus how much I loved the change of seasons and how deeply I love all the earth with the exception of diseases and parasites that cause malaria.

Jesus said, “If the whole of earth were filled with God energy like the top of the mountain, we would no longer need to fear diseases.”

I understood but said that it must be a dream for a very far off future, then followed Jesus up the mountainside. Jesus was wearing a cloak of brown over white and using a tall walking stick as he led us through twists and turns up the mountain. I no longer feel the need to struggle in a climb in order to reach the top. When we reached the top, I saw that many others waited for us to join in prayer. I considered calling young children to join us.

Just then, my Buddhist friend turned to me and said, “We are all children.”

How right he is. We humans don’t live long enough lives to ever truly grow up. Our whole world seems to be filled with children jostling for position. I decided to wait and call children to travel with us on another day when I could show them something exciting. It was enough that so many had already joined us from all around the world. Earth’s time zones have no relevance when we meet together in spirit, nor does any experience of time. It can be night for one person and day for another, even days gone by for some. Spirit has few boundaries.

Many people had gathered, people from different faiths, priests and monks and people in meditation, so many we covered the top of the mountain. We let God’s energy fill and flow into us, absorb into our being until we burst to send it forward to share with other people. This day we decided to walk the earth and spread our joy.

We lined up along the Atlantic coast of America and beyond and began to walk forward with great light beaming out in front of us as if to light out path. Each of us, though a tall spiritual giant surrounded by light, often stopped to hug an individual in our path. I hugged a young teenager with long straight brown hair who was sobbing for an unknown reason. I held her for a while. In Texas I held an older, large black women who seemed very confused and upset. I kept holding on to her and sending light into her. I also made a quick trip into Alaska and sent light-energy into two Indian men sitting in a room. At the edge of the Pacific we stepped into the ocean and was met by dolphins and two different kinds of whales. I soon realized that the energy of God spread just the same through the water as it does in air, and we made quick work of the huge Pacific.

In Japan we picked up many more people. In fact, it is normal to pick up people along the way and lose them as well. It is not easy to keep in focus for more than a few minutes. I went to a young girl in N. Korea who seemed afraid of making a wrong move. In this country, I imagine a citizen needs to be careful to stay unnoticed. I hoped this girl would be ok. Naturally, I also stopped to hug a few small children refugees whose families were working their way north from Syria. I so much hope that the world can resettle and keep feeding these people. People from Africa are fleeing their country too. It is shameful and an ugly comment on each country’s leaders that this is happening. I also stopped to hug a few individuals in Italy and Russia before we were done with our walk and back on this side of the Atlantic.

I seldom mention it because it seems only humans need spiritual food but we also spread God energy through the trees and plants of earth and to all the animals we encounter. The trees and animals seem to follow their nature and it is only humans who deviate from the correct order of things. We nodded our goodbyes as we each stepped back to our own country to continue to spread God’s energy near our own homes. I thought about Detroit’s mayor and chief of police and sent them extra love and light from God. They are each doing good work in very difficult conditions. I ended my meditation when the rosary ended and thanked Jesus for this wonderful world filled with hope and joy.

     12/30/15

I watched a program, by mistake, about ISIS on PBS and what they were doing to the women. One woman described what the men did to her in such graphic terms I could almost feel her pain. Usually, I avoid reading about the worst horrors and try to hold even the beheadings at a superficial level, but this woman’s words set down inside my heart and wouldn’t leave.

Filled with sorrow, I asked Jesus “What can I do?”

His answer was, “You know what to do.”

Yes, I did. The next morning, many of us gathered upon the Mountain of God and gathered in as much energy from God as our bodies could hold. Then we stepped down like an army of light right into Iraq. We began sending out bright swirls of soft light all around and going to individual people to give them love and peace.

I went to a young girl huddled against a wall who had been rapped repeatedly by many, rough, dirty men. I hugged her for a long time trying to soothe her inner and outer pain. I went to those women who felt hate in their hearts against other women who were different and tried to hug them into feelings of goodness. I went to a number of men and women in need of love. Many accepted the light we sent.

We cannot spread harm, not with God’s light. We cannot even spread love amid most of the ISIS fighters because, I suspect, they are too far gone towards evil to feel the love of God. What we might be able to do is spread so much love around amid the good people still living in the area that it will weaken the ISIS army’s hatefulness. Their hate has gone too far and is an atrocious blight upon the world. With enough prayer and love, we will reinforce the good and send the hatful army into decline.

I am going to climb the Mountain of God every day this week. (I don’t need to work for a week) and I asked my friends to join me. They all agreed to join in this effort: A few American Indians, A Muslim leader, A black priest in Africa, a number of priests in America, monks from France and other lands, a Jewish Rabbi, A number of Buddhist monks, a women from India, and other women from around the world along with others they each call to join. Their involvement is vital because they are most powerful and can focus longer than I can. All of us intend to go to Iraq and Syria to flood the area with God light every day. We will be a force for good in a land full of hate, a bright light shinning into dark depths.

The land itself has such great potential. I kept noticing the purple wild flowers that blanketed the ground around the rescue group who waited for some Christians to escape, after a long walk, some barefoot. Perhaps, one day, these abused women will heal enough to notice the beauty of the purple and yellow wild flowers again.

12/31/15

We met this morning and as I walked down from the Mountain of God, light poured out from every pore of my body, as it did with the other members of our group. This day, I went to a young soldier on lookout who, even after the intense indoctrination, felt uneasy to be in the fight. His heart was troubled. I went to older women who had to endure what was happening to the young women behind closed doors. I went to a number of children, young boys playing in the dirt who would soon need to join their elders to become soldiers of hate. I went to young girls too young to be raped and worried about their future. I went to Christian people greatly suffering because of their faith. If they can’t escape, they will be beheaded, rapped and then exterminated. I told each to keep hoping, keep your hearts open. I filled them with light as best I could. The others did the same.

One of our group suggested that we hold hands in a large circle around the whole nation of Iraq and we did. We stood as giants glowing with bright light shinning it upon the land as we held hands. I watched as we sent huge waves of glowing light like an ocean rolling and crashing as if upon a rocky shore until the land was flooded and had become a river with surface waves glittering in the sun.

By the time the rosary was done, I wearied by my own effort. My ability to stay focused longer today gives me hope that our effort was effective. We will keep this effort up through the week and into next year.
