I read the article written by Bernie Sanders in the NYTs this morning. It reminded me how bad the economy truly is for many working people. As an example, The Federal Reserve Chairman said last night on 60 minutes that 7 million people are behind in their auto payments. One thing that became clear as I read the article is how much we need a truly strong person to fight Wall Street’s hold on the economy. Bernie has proven himself over and over. We also need a person who knows politics and Washington. We need a person with unwavering loyalty to the cause of change in the workplace and environment. I think we need Bernie Sanders as our next president and if Elizabeth Warren would join him, it would be a perfect, winnable election for those of us who believe in change and progress.

I have been thinking. I was told once that I not only have the ability to send thoughts to some people but that I can also give others this same talent. I have noticed that this works for specific people, but not everyone, perhaps only those mature enough or willing to accept it. Maturity is a good measure. A mature, wise person should have all the good traits--Honesty, reliability, honor, love for fellow beings and all life. They, in turn, can spread the talent to other good people.

I am beginning to realize what this means for humanity in general. It means that we are being geared up for a stranger and better future than we can imagine and that the end product of human beings, the reason God gave us life, will consist of people who use their many talents wisely and for the good of others.

I don’t think that these talents are genetic to specific people. They may run in the human race but it may take belief in our own ability to bring these talents out. This may be what Jesus meant with he told us that if we had enough faith we could tell the fig tree or mountain to jump into the ocean and it would do so. If we had enough believe in our ability to do such a thing, we would be able to accomplish it. But here is the kicker—to believe that something is true, it usually takes a majority who agree. Except for Jesus, a single person can’t change the laws of what we call reality.

I have always said, half-jokingly, that if the whole world believed the sky was green, it would be green. There may be more truth to this statement than I ever knew. It is what Jesus meant by faith. We may not be living in the Matrix, but darn near something like it, some reality that we all help determine, collectively. This could be partly why the ability to empathize is so powerful? Because it truly imbues the other person with healing based on our own belief in their value?

We have much to learn and unfortunately, we can only take baby steps. Also, there are some who keep pushing us back, for whatever reason. They are powerful too. They don’t want humanity to grow up or become the people God intended. We are in a mind game to win hearts and souls.

Right now, I feel that our minds are growing, that we are collectively joining our minds through love. We are maturing and growing together with the ability to speak to one another with thoughts or feel one another’s emotions. (Actually, speech is seldom needed because every mind is on the same page regarding love. Most mental contact lasts mere seconds, like a spark.)

This battle for souls is what the battle is all about. This is what is at stake in the coming election. Whether the next few years will allow us to grow into new, insightful people with new mental accomplishments or backwards to a dog eat dog mentality. Do we love each other enough to grow or would we rather play cut throat? Are we ready to become fully human or will we climb back into the jungle?

What paradise is this? I feel hot and thirsty so I go into the kitchen, grab a glass, turn on the cold water tap, and drink cool water until my thirst is satisfied. I gather a basket of dirty clothes and shove them into the washing machine with a cup of soap, then push the on button. I go to the cupboard or refrigerator and pull out what I want to eat. My grass has grown long so I go outside, start the lawnmower and begin to mow the grass. I stand inside a warm, dry house as the rain hits the windows and thunder and lightning cracks open the dark sky.

The TV news shows thousands of people at the border between the US and Mexico, praying with the need for safety and hope for a better life, or a women in Africa walking a long distance with children in tow, all carrying plastic jugs to fill with water, or a bombed out city across the world, once vital, now broke and falling down.

How did I come to deserve this paradise of convenience and safe haven? Did I do something right in my last life to deserve this? Certainly I haven’t earned such compensation in this one. I don’t know why I was privileged to be born here in America. None of us do, but it is certain that our paradise is fragile, that with a seriously wrong turn by a bad leader, this paradise, for most of us, could all go away.

Jesus tells me to “Relax and enjoy the summer.” He says this because there is serious work ahead. The battle for hearts and minds will heat up into a frenzy by late fall. So I will do as Jesus suggests, skim past political news and revel in my paradise until the time comes to protect it from selfish greed and the danger of dictatorship or even war. All of us together will work hard to insure that our democracy is not plowed asunder. Heaven must win this battle, or else. Here is a quote I picked up from a reader’s comment in the NYT’s.

"When fascism comes to America, it will wrap itself in the flag and carry a cross". (Sinclair Lewis in the mid-1930s)

Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!

June 15, 2019-Travel with Jesus

I know that these Travels with Jesus are far beyond today’s thinking. People aren’t ready for them, but keep in mind that the latest scientific thinking about the nature of the universe is that it is “emergent.” This means that it is constantly emerging from nothing into something and that it is composed of Mind, which I and others label The Mind of God. It follows that our minds are joined to this universal mind because we swim along within it. We are like fish who are just now beginning to understand the ocean in which we exist. Yet, like fish, we can’t take the water out of our bodies to examine it because it would destroy us. The same with the God mind. It is a vital part of our being, of who we are, and we can’t take it out of ourselves. So our understanding may always less than accurate. Still, scientists have furthered our knowledge just as Jesus furthers our imagination.

With this said, it is easier to understand how Jesus could lead me off of this planet to step onto another. We don’t do so as physical beings but as spirits or mind, of which the universe is filled. Like walking on a rainbow? The other idea, because it is God’s creation that we travel in, means that we may be giving existence to what we see as we see it. That notion is a little harder to grasp and I think it is less believable than stepping onto another planet to find what is already out there.

So yesterday evening I traveled with Jesus. I didn’t call others to join us because I felt too uneasy speaking into the microphone for the first time in six months. So uneasy, I have decided to delete the recording, give up putting anything on YouTube, and just write down what I witness here on the web. Maybe angels in a later time can read about these travels someday.

I walked up the sky tunnel and I stepped off behind Jesus. The first thing I saw was a bundle of fluffy, white/yellow color. As I focused I saw that they were flowers on trees, mostly yellow but looked white at the fringes. Perhaps fruit trees. I am studying botany so I am interested in the type of tree we were looking at but I didn’t get a close enough look. One of these days I hope to be able to describe a flower from off planet in detail. For now, the most I can get out of my traveling is broad swipes of color and not much detail. This makes sense when we remember that our eyes’ need to focus to gather in information in any new, unusual environment and another planet certainly qualifies as a new environment.

Still, so far everything looked so earthlike, we could have been on earth. The tall, green grass beneath my feet looked like grass anywhere. As we began walking away from the many trees, I saw that they were in a cultivated arraignment, which means intelligence. I looked forward to meeting people here.

We walked forward through brush and over grass to a lake. The left side of the lake was fronted by bright red/pink fauna covering half of the lake from view. We walked forward along a dirt path but then before we got to the lake we turned right onto a smooth stone path with stairs leading down into a field of green grass with a scattered arrangements of flowers, brush and trees.

Standing there ahead of us on the path was a person. The person startled at seeing us. It was a human female. She wore a long white top tied at the waste. She stopped in the path as did I. Jesus walked up to her and whispered something. She smiled and motioned for us to follow her. We did follow her and the path for a short while over a small hill. At the top I saw a city below all white with soft shadows outlining low and tall buildings. We continued walking but not towards the city. We turned right along a smooth path until we came to a fountain in the distance. It was a large fountain with something that shimmered standing in the middle but as we came closer whatever had been standing in the center seemed to fade out of view. Also a fine mist covered the area. Even I felt this mist in my spirit form, but it only lasted a moment, until, it too faded away.

The women stood next to the fountain and waved her hand for us to come closer. She looked down into the fountain’s depths. I looked down and saw smooth water. Then the lady put her finger in the water and swirled it. Suddenly, an image emerged in the water of a group of people, wearing brown robes, standing in a green village with small huts in the background. Then the lady swirled her finger again and we saw a different image. This time it was of an apple orchard from Earth. I knew this because as I looked a single branch zoomed large with a hanging apple. The lady swirled her finger again and a different image showed in the water but this one was totally unfamiliar to me. All I could see what that it seemed to be a city of some kind, shinning blue beneath the sun that was overhead.

By now I was tired and nodded our thanks to the lady. She nodded back to me. As Jesus and I walked back the way we had come, I remembered similar technologies Jesus had showed us on other worlds. On those worlds, where humans had migrated, the viewing technology was a container, about five or six feet in diameter, and 3 feet high. Each container had a solid, glass like surface that showed the images. Each one resembled a huge, round, television laying on its side.  What Jesus and I had just seen had the same purpose, but with a more advanced technology. It was larger, about ten feet in diameter and seemed to be filled with water.

I wondered if it was the lady’s mind that chose the images we would see as she swirled the water. I don’t know, but I think I saw what Jesus intended me to see. Something very futuristic, but still understandable. I learned on other worlds that these viewing containers were quite expensive and rare, each planet had only a few, but they allowed people to keep in touch planet to planet.

I thanked Jesus for the visit and decided to write my memory of our travel down instead of record it. Much better and easier this way.

June 15, 2019

Thoughts to ponder. I decided to stop making YouTube videos because no one was interested. This makes a few small failures for me of late. No problem. I feel more or less happy and content, but I wonder if that is enough? Certainly, we all need small goals to keep going and small successes. Sometimes that is just a simple approval from friends or a ‘like’ in Facebook. Yet, in this day and age, we seem to crave fame and success. Was it like that in other generations? If success is more important today, I wonder why?

Thinking about it, I realized that it may be because we are confronted by other people’s fame all the time. Just by being on television a person has enough fame to rise above the crowd.   Some people feel so strongly about this need they turn to crime and even a killing spree in order to get noticed. Successful people are everywhere we look, music, television, political gatherings, books. Even most fiction portrays successful people. This can make many of us feel ‘less than,’ as if we didn’t make it. This feeling can grab any of us.

Confronted by fame everywhere I look has certainly made me feel less than adequate at times, most especially because I feel like I have failed Jesus. I think Jesus expected more of me than I have given so far. Nothing I can do about it now. As they say, water under the bridge. Oh, well, I’ll settle for happiness and contentment along with the many small mix ups of life. Not a bad life to live. (Jesus broke into my thoughts and told me he was not disappointed).

I got bored with painting and didn’t paint for months. Finally began a new style.

Title of this painting is ‘Becoming’

What people get wrong about our current leader is that there should be evidence of collusion, but if the minds of dictators are in touch by non-physical means then there would be no evidence to bring forth into a court of law. I believe this is what is happening. Also I think that their public meetings are only for show and meant to confound and entertain. These moves of the dictators and would-be dictators are pre-planned beforehand.

I have no evidence for these statements, only my own experience with my own mind to mind meetings upon the mountain of God. Those of us who meditate and gather together to spread God love around the world are evidence that it is possible to ‘know’ one another by mind-touch.  Naively, for a long time, I thought, because this is how the angels communicate, that only ‘good people’ could send thoughts to each other. Talking note of the president and other leaders’ actions has proved me wrong.

When Jesus showed me evil spirits climbing out of the well, a place so dangerous he told me not to go near it, was he showing me an actual event or symbolic one. He has not said one way or another. Looking at the political picture here and around the world, I can’t help but recognize that something strange seems to be happening. But actual spirits invading our world seems, well, out of this world. Symbolic or actual, we need to rid ourselves of this problem? Those leaders who lack empathy are very real and we need to do something to halt their progress. We are in a battle on all fronts, for climate and for hearts and souls.

June 31, 2019

Meditation was beautiful this morning. Thousands of like-minded spirits had gathered together upon the mountain to receive the pouring out of extra energy and love from God. Each of our spirits were infused with so much energy our auras glowed with a golden light. This glow of energy was our clue to begin to share the extra love and compassion with other people, to draw them into the fold of love, to help the young mature, to give substance to any soul crying out for love.

I went to members of my family and to people living in the center of Michigan, then to any leaders of Detroit who I could picture in my mind such as the mayor who has a very hard job running the city and to our police leaders who see so much tragedy every day they must have a hard time holding on to compassion. I wanted to send them a huge bundle of compassion and acceptance. Then I sent light energy down the streets of the city and as I watched I saw love like rain fall upon green trees and gardens and flowers and people and the air over the city filled with the dewy light of kindness.

As I walked the city I came to a dark corner and was about to walk past, when Jesus cut into my thoughts and said, “Go into the dark.” I felt ashamed that I had almost walked past, so immediately stepped into the dark corner. Other lighted souls suddenly joined me in the darkness where we found young men seemingly ready to cause great strife. We hugged each of them and filled the whole area with God. By the time we left the dark corner, it was no longer dark. I presume the souls of those young men were suddenly well fed with new hope and direction. We continued to spread the light of God around every suburban city and finally covered the whole of earth in a rolling blanket of light. It looked like a Disney animation.

Love seems so weak and fragile but if you think about it, God’s love and compassion is the source of all life. It wells up from the soil giving us green plants, giving us birth, giving us treasures beyond measure of air to breathe and water to drink and food to nourish by. Truly God gives plenty and there should be enough of these gifts for everyone. We must learn better how to share them.
