          I want to call attention to an article I read this morning in the Huffington Post called “Corporate Totalitarianism or Not,” by Marianne Williamson. Here is a link:

          I have also been reading Saving Capitalism for the Many, not the Few by Robert B. Reich. It goes too deep into some issues such as contracts and bankruptcy for my taste, but I am sticking with it. It involves things we all need to know. Example:  Monsanto will sue any farmer who tries to use seeds left over from the former year. To most of us, this seems silly. But Monsanto’s power to do this comes from politics and wealth. It is only one small example of what I am learning. Many things I wish I didn’t know, but really should to make honest decisions.

          Speaking of honest decisions. Remember Abraham Lincoln? A Republican?  Every Republican and Democrat needs to read the Gettysburg Address again. Then think about how far we have drifted.

Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.

Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a great battle-field of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of that field, as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that that nation might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.

But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicate -- we can not consecrate -- we can not hallow -- this ground. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here. It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced. It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us -- that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion -- that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain -- that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom -- and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.

We don’t usually think about all the help we get from angels and the many prayers that fill the air around us. We are like children who get fed and clothed by their parents but who never think twice about where their good life is coming from or how much their parents do for them. This is Jesus and the angels at work for us. They are forever easing our pain or trying to help us in any way possible. It is a tough, never-ending job and I am grateful for every drop of it.

I usually avoid comment on what extreme republicans are attempting to do to the American people. Money and power has always tried to roll over people who have less. So I ask, what is new? Well, a lot is new and much has been going on. One example, some states have passed “Pre-exemption Laws” that prohibit people to push for a higher minimum wage. A small resort town in Idaho with a minimum wage of 7.25 wanted to raise it to 10.25. The representatives in the state congress decided to ban the idea, of course they had rational reasons.

People who read history can see it repeating itself in America today. What is happening is similar to Germany before WWII. Germany gave the world many great thinkers, but Germany was brought down by the extremism of Hitler. Great and insightful thinkers, who could leave, did. Einstein is a perfect example of one great mind who escaped Hitler’s wrath.  

Many still question how Hitler forced so many intelligent minded people to follow him? The answer is that Hitler was a demigod or daemon. This type of little god has great power and uses it to sway people to his own purpose. Where does such a daemon come from? I don’t know. I do know that one is reborn time and time again after the target nation has been set up and made ready to accept its return to power. America now has its own daemon trying to take it over.

Which brings up the latest twist happening in American politics today, Donald Trump, perhaps the most irrational person to ever run for president in a free nation. I think the only thing he is good for is a hearty laugh; although, we might one day choke on our laughter if we don’t wake up to its danger. He is the opposite of Jesus who tells us to love and care for one another.   

Trump is playing on people’s fears. He has set the stage for fame long before he put himself on the political stage. It has become obvious by his speech and actions that he has little respect for other people. If allowed to continue, he will select out then treat certain people like cattle. He may even begin death camps. He will shove normal people further down by taking away their only means of support. If he wins the presidency, the only people who will be exempted from his heavy boot will be those who follow his example of ridicule, disparagement and hate.   

History repeats itself?

Not this time!

Jesus is walking the earth today in physical form. Jesus has assured me that that God has more power than any demigod or daemon. He will not be allowed to take overAmerica. He will not remake our nation to fit his own sordid image.

We in America have reached a turning point. We will begin to undo the wrongs of the past. Jesus and his angels are whispering to any who will listen. They remind each of us to treat others as we want to be treated, with kindness and love. Their message is that we are all children of God. We glow with God’s light and with Jesus help, this glow will prevail then spread around the whole of earth.

I had second thoughts about what I put on the web last week. I wondered if I should remove my comments on demigods and demons. (Not that my writing has much impact, but it does reflect on my personality). After thinking about it, I decided to let it stay. The reason I decided to let it stand is because I truly believe that there are spirits out there who can and do invade people. I don’t think it happens often or is common, but I do consider such events feasible.

Jesus understood about demons in his day. We moderns tend to think he was misguided because people of his time were ignorant of the real world. Jesus might have used language common to the culture of the time but he was never ignorant of the real world or what drives the people within it. If anyone is ignorant, it is us.       I believe in spirit invasion so strongly that I based my book, Paradise Rebooted, on the idea. In the book, the culprit is a quantum computer created by humans.

I have begun praying and concentrating God’s light here in America. It seems to me that this may be the latest battleground between good and evil. Too many people are against other people for one reason or another and it is building up into a crescendo. I hope I am wrong, that maybe I have been reading too many political articles. But then again, the US is a great nation and bringing it down would be a big feather in the enemy’s hat.

As I stand, filled with God light in the center of the US and look over the land, it begins to resemble a bumpy layer scattered with zits. I walked up to a mound close up and saw it was like a small hill with infection bubbling up and out of it. I put my hands filled with God light over the infection and watch as its skin begins to slowly heal and close up. I know this was my imagination at work, but I know God light is effective, so maybe if I continue, it will heal us. We need all the spiritual healing we can get today. 

I am reminded of the time Jesus took me into a deep dungeon below the earth. Although it was dark, Jesus glowed like a sun and we who stood with him glowed with God light as well, though not as bright. While there, we watched as spirits climbed up and out of a deep well. Those spirits walked past us. They couldn’t even see Jesus. I began to walk over towards the darker well, but Jesus warned me not to go close.

He said, “Don’t get too close. It is dangerous.”

I was surprised that even Jesus thought the well was a danger. When I asked Jesus why these spirits walk away from us. He said, “They are blind. They can’t see the light.”

Now, years later, I begin to wonder if these spirits are escaping up into our world from below. If so, they are escaping into people because; good or evil, spirits must work though humans or other life to get anything physical done. 

At the time of this travel, I wasn’t sure why Jesus took me to that underground. Now I believe it was to give us a warning. Which brings me to my other problem. The many small comments I write on this web site are hardly enough to get a real warning out to people. My effort so far is not very effective. Plus, I wonder if I have waited until the infection has gotten out of control. God’s light heals but gently and seems to heal the soul, which where we can’t notice any change. I ask if our walks across the world and spreading God’s light is enough compared to the billions who are in need. Is there more that I can do?

I think my latest book can help. I titled it, Angels in the City, and might help spread the fact that real, actual angels are right now at work among the population. My book is like a small drip that has the potential to grow into a flood because it can assure people that Jesus is concerned and close-by. Other than these things, I don’t know what else I can do. I rest assured that many other people who go to church care about each other, feel concern for family and neighbors, and are spreading good will throughout the population. Many preachers are doing an excellent job of spreading love and their reach is ten times my own.

          This morning as I followed Jesus up to the mountain of God’s Light I told him I was worried about America. I think it is vital that it stays a democracy. There is a slight chance that it could become a fascist regime. The US is such a large power in the world that if it fails, it would bode evil for the rest of the world as well as us. I told Jesus that I wanted to send God light out into people to ease their fears. I think fear is at the base of much wrong thinking. Certainly, the gentleness and quiet workings of God’s energy won’t change anyone’s mind, but it might ease some of the fear that drives a person to make wrong choices.

At this time, a wrong choice could do great harm to the nation.  

So this was our goal as we and others walked as giants across America. We sent out huge waves of light. It looked like waves on the surface of a pond filling up and running over the bank. Friends from around the world joined me in this effort. One friend told me that it was to everyone’s advantage that America correct itself. This is when I realized the real danger the US elections pose for everyone. More and more we notice how connected we all are to each other and how the actions of large numbers of people can affect outcomes. We are living in dangerous times. But then, we have often lived in dangerous times. I have just read how dangerous the times were during Franklin Roosevelt's time in office and how the New Deal saved democracy. It is my hope that Bernie Sanders’ ideals will help save it today. And I pray that our stubborn congress will finally listen to the people who they purport to represent.
