God’s Country

Sept 9, 2019

Lately, during meditation, after receiving energy from God upon the mountain, the mountain that stands us above the jumble of the million billion minds below, the mountain of ice and snow on top of the world, a mountain of clear, clean air where the clouds float below my feet, where a thousand of us spirits gather in one place, I step down first into the city of Detroit. I try to go to young men 20 to 30 years of age, of which many are happy and thriving, and to those I send a puff of God light and watch a few of the men smile. But to others, who are very troubled, I speak, “Leave the gun at home.” I say this over and over to many and watch through time as each one of them learns a lesson of why they should not carry a gun. The anger that can too easily build up at a party, the upset over a girlfriend, the feeling of being cheated. With a gun in hand, such a small moment of anger has the power to destroy two lives. A minute of rage and two lives are over. One dead and one in jail with no parole.

“It isn’t worth it,” I say to these young men.

Do they hear my spirit as I whisper in their ear? Do they feel the spirit of God surround them? Certainly, some do. Some leave their guns at home. There are thousands of men in prison right now who did not and now have the rest of their life to spend in regret. So “Please leave your gun at home.” I repeat over and over, not just in Detroit but in other major cities where my spirit of God energy flies through the streets.

Yes, spirits can fly like the angels, thousands of the spirits who gather are angels, and perhaps we are all angels in some sense because our aim is to spread love throughout the land.  Which reminds me of the long ago argument, “How many angels can stand on the tip of a pin?” Of course the answer is a million plus because spirits take up no space at all. Fun to answer such an age old question. Ha.

I have even tried to speak with gang members and their leaders. Not sure if anyone moving in that hateful direction in life could hear me. I suppose young people join gangs to feel big about themselves. I tell them that cleaning up their neighborhood better than the gang next door would be something to brag about. I guess it is best to speak to younger people before they join.

Regardless, the world is getting slightly more loving. The angels began spreading love years ago and many thousands of people have joined in that effort. We won’t notice this truth much on the news because they only pick out sensational events, and everyone talks about the big divide, but from what I see, in churches and organizations and everyday contacts, people and animals are treating each other with more love and respect. Yes, even animals. We can give Facebook some credit for the explosion of videos that show animals rescuing, loving, and befriending each other in strange ways. Just last night, the television news showed a pony and swan that have become lasting friends. And what about those two little toddlers we’ve all seen in the video who are hugging on the sidewalk of NYC. They are what Jesus meant with he told us to be “As children.” Although it may take many, many more years, I believe we are moving in that direction.

Children easily hug all the time.

(I didn’t know how to insert the NYC video)

As I sat and dipped my fingers in the frigid waters of the well, this morning, I felt a strong desire to share love with all people. Watching the tiny waves and ripples blurred the sky and tree leaf image reminded me of the many difficulties people are experiencing around our nation. I wish I could help everyone feel better, as well as myself.  I woke up this morning feeling ashamed that I accomplished very little with this life that God gave me. Plus I don’t get around much and so have little physical contact with people. A better way for me to connect is through meditation by sending my spirit out among people. I asked Jesus to help me do a good job this morning. In answer, he put his hand on my shoulder and smiled.

So my spirit followed Jesus as he walked through the woods and up the mountain path to the luscious ridge of tall grass, tiny wild flowers, and sunshine at the top. There we met many other people, quite a few who I noticed have joined just recently. They and others were already gathered and sending love around the world like ocean waves of light. As I joined them, I felt God energy and love penetrate and fill my soul until my hands and heart sent out beams of light energy.

I stepped down from the mountain and walked through the city of Detroit as a giant, invisible spirit sending out beams of love. I walked into hospitals and sent light to people under stress. At one point, I went to an older boy, very sick, and sent a bundle of God light. Jesus put his hand on the boy’s chest. As usual, I sent light and empathy to a number of police who have a very frustrating job. Finally, went south to the boarder and hugged many children who were still separated from parents and also to the people trying to take care of them. These children can act out because they have so much underlying fear. It can be hard for adults to deal with. When I hug worried mothers just across the border, I whisper and promise we will try to improve their situation in a year and a half after democrats get into office. Democrats will make sure more judges and other aid becomes available to them so they can state their case in court.

I went to as many people as I could find during the fifteen minutes of my meditation. I think the angels lead me to certain people. This helps because how can anyone select between the millions of people in need. Although, Jesus said we are all in need of more God energy and prayer.

Paths at the Field Temple

Sept 23, 2019

I had a nice experience Saturday evening. A couple in our neighborhood received a grant to plant trees and landscape an area with trees and rocks that they call an Arboretum. They also landscaped wonderful paths in the field with huge rocks and an assortment of trees they call a Field Temple. It is really pleasing to have such a nice setting in our neighborhood. To show everyone their progress, they had a celebration Saturday evening. A part of the celebration included a “Walking meditation” on the fresh and newly designed path.

A women with a soft voice, wearing a robe, who I believe is a Buddhist Monk, led the prayers and meditation walk for the approximately 30 of us who participated. It was a new and pleasant physical experience for me to walk with a group of people, surrounded by and filled with love for nature. Only a small part of the path is paved. Most of it was strewn with wood chips which gave the path a woodsy feel. As I slowly stepped one foot after another on the path, I sent my spirit to hug the trees and then downwards to mingle with the worms and bugs and million tree roots beneath my feet. My mind tingled with the presence of abundant life and the flutter of tree leaves in the soft breeze. Wonderful.

The meditative walk reminded me of a planet Jesus took me to once that I called “Ribbon World” because Ribbon Gods floated in an area of a seemingly magic substance. On that world, there is one renowned area that people from all over the universe choose to visit, in physical bodies and spiritual ones, in order to walk with a meditative state of mind amid the Ribbon Gods. Jesus told me this place was unique in in all the worlds.

I remember it vividly and decided to go back for a visit this Sunday evening. Two friends from across the sea joined Jesus and I on a visit to Ribbon World. We stepped off Earth and suddenly stood on a grassy rise above the holy place below. It’s about the size of a large athletic field but that is where the comparison ends because the air below us in the hollow looks like flowing glass with lines of people flow through it as they walk one behind the other. Even from a distance, it is a strange and beautiful sight. The three of us began to step down towards the walkers, and as usual, Jesus decided to stay sitting on one of the large rocks strewn amid the sparse trees that surrounded the spot.

I stepped into the line behind another spirit of unknown origin who was stepping slowly forward. I kept my eyes open for a moment because I wanted to know more about the sandy ground. It lacked footprints and was plain like sand yet small green plants grew here and there waiving fronds. It looked like images of the bottom of a sunlit ocean on Earth. But Jesus assures me that this is not water that we are walking it but something else. Perhaps a type of supersaturated air.

I found that I could follow the person in front even with my eyes closed and did for a short time. I felt buoyed up by the holiness of the air that penetrated my spirit body. Just before I left to join Jesus, I saw one of the yellow ribbons flow through the being in front of me. I noticed the being’s gray robe grow in stature from pleasure. I smiled because I had felt the same quiet excitement flow through my spirit body after a ribbon chose me.

With fond memories, I stepped out of the walking line and went to where Jesus sat waiting. The other two friends still walked steadily forward and I think they were familiar with walking meditation and chose to stay longer, so Jesus and I left together. I wrote down what I saw and felt as soon as I got back in my living room.

Sept 30, 2019

I have decided I don’t have enough energy to concern myself with Trump’s antics. I am happy that congress has taken up the challenge. It relieves me of unnecessary concern. Now I can use my energy to do something positive like help people understand, help them think about what is true and moral. My heart aches for people who can’t or refuse to see the writing on the wall, and the danger we all face if we don’t fix our nation’s political direction along with climate change. As Margret Renkl wrote in the NYT, Three Billion Canaries in the Coal Mine, the birds are not just projected to disappear, they are already gone.

One third of the birds in the nation are gone. One half of all flying insects in the world are gone. And how many the Monarch butterflies, frogs, and ____. Blank because we aren’t sure what else is disappearing, or are already gone. And the only real fix is a strong government stand against climate change, which implies a new direction in government. Notice that I didn’t stress what is happening to people because here in America, we seem to care more about the distress of dogs and cats than people. A sad comment while we continue to imprison people at our boarder and the heat rises in many areas around the world where people are too poor to get relief. Though, to be fair, most of us consider other people’s plight beyond our ability to fix, but this wouldn’t necessarily be true if our democratic government worked better for all its people and the environment.

For this reason, I intend to use the power of God’s intense love for us as a teaching moment when I whisper in a person’s ear, when I send a bundle of light, or when I give a huge spiritual hug, I want each person I visit to understand the danger we now face.

I asked Jesus, “What words can I use to teach to bring out a positive reaction?”

His answer, “You will know what to say.”

So I will begin to say what needs to be said. Jesus does not disagree with me. His love encompasses all, but his patience is wearing thin. (I think I am allowed to write about Jesus’s viewpoint as long as I don’t demean anyone) This battle is about hearts and souls, and I greatly fear for people’s minds. I would save them from unknowing if I can.

I am only one pebble on a beach, yet thousands upon thousands of spirits are spreading God light and love on the earth each and every day. Many more people truly have great love in their hearts. Surly, the effect will be felt in time. Surly, for the sake of all that lives, this war for life will be won.
